We sell high quality cake supplies and ingredients from European manufacturers for professsional and amateur cake decorators.
Important information and FAQ:
- If you order online, we try our best to send out your order as soon as possible (in 1-2 working days) with GLS. Your online order has a 14-day resending option according to the law. You only can return unopened products. The returning shipping cost is the customer's responsability.
- If you come to our store in person:
- We provide you 3 days to return an unopened product if you changed your mind. Bring it back to us with your reciept and you can choose something else instead. (No cash return)
- This rule is only valid for NON-FOOD and packaged goods: you cannot return cake boxes, cake cards, and all the edible items for food-safety reasons after purchase.
